West Side Campaign Against Hunger

The West Side Campaign Against Hunger (WSCAH) is a community-driven organization committed to ensuring all New Yorkers can access healthy, dignified, and choice-based food assistance. I led a comprehensive effort to reestablish WSCAH as a leading voice in the emergency food sector across digital platforms.

I partnered closely with organizational leadership to define strategic priorities, elevate WSCAH’s media presence, and amplify their thought leadership. My work included refreshing the brand’s visual identity, transitioning the organization toward stronger video-driven storytelling, developing robust content guidelines, and producing clear, actionable reporting to guide ongoing optimization.

Through this strategic overhaul, WSCAH surpassed previous social performance benchmarks, achieving 85% audience growth, a 26% increase in engagement, and a 46% rise in impressions across channels. In total, our work added thousands of new followers and drove substantial, sustained increases in reach and community engagement.
