At Momentum Communications Group, I led paid and organic social strategy, content development, and performance reporting for this long-standing client—positioning Teaching Matters as a national leader in innovative professional learning models.

My work spanned development campaigns, a CEO transition, major events and galas, video production, and brand updates. Key strategic initiatives included a shift to video-first content, the reintroduction of comprehensive brand guidelines, a refreshed visual identity, and close collaboration with organizational leadership to build a sustainable, engagement-driven content cadence that balanced external impact with internal priorities.

This period marked significant growth for the organization. Teaching Matters expanded into several new states and achieved a 44% increase in social media followership. With the pivot to video and more on-the-ground storytelling, the organization saw an 80% surge in engagement driven by audience-centered content.
