Lymphoma Research Foundation
The Lymphoma Research Foundation is the nation’s largest nonprofit dedicated to advancing lymphoma research. In August 2025, my team secured and led an influencer awareness campaign for Blood Cancer Awareness Month, an initiative designed to elevate education, visibility, and patient stories at scale.
As the lead strategist, I developed and managed a diverse roster of micro- to macro-influencers across entertainment, sports, and advocacy. Together, we crafted authentic narratives that centered the experiences of people affected by lymphoma. Notable partners included Roger O’Donnell of The Cure, Hank Green, the family of Joey Ramone, Dave Coulier, and MLB player Liam Hendriks.
By pacing content throughout September, anchoring a high-impact activation on World Lymphoma Awareness Day, and benchmarking against historical dollar-to-impression data, we surpassed all previous campaign performance metrics. The results: a 400% increase in impressions, a 78% reduction in cost-per-impression, more than 60,000 website visits (a 140% lift), 600 new Instagram followers, and an engagement rate exceeding 5%.
Most importantly, the campaign helped grow a vibrant, empathetic community, one that continues to amplify the voices of those living with lymphoma.
